Nothing has been more rewarding than seeing that people love our mushrooms… From home chefs to executive chefs, the compliments we’ve received have sent us over the moon! Our small farm has helped us to see that we are on the right path, and that we really can make a difference in the world by cultivating these delicious, healthy foods for our community.
With that, we’ve decided to expand our farm! We are currently preparing two of the buildings on our property to turn up production for the spring and summer seasons, and though it’s a lot of work, we know that it’s worth it. Today begins the buildout of our new lab and fruiting areas! Wooo hooooooooo!!!!
Unfortunately, that also means that production is currently on hold while we get this accomplished. Though there are two markets left in the winter season, we are utilizing this time to get a head start before the next markets begin.
We’ll keep offering updates, and hope to post videos showing our progress as we go! Stay tuned for those 🙂
